An online 4-week program where you will learn simple breathwork techniques to incorporate into your everyday life. Helping with stress, anxiety, energy levels and sleep.

MOVE

In person Pilates based movement classes; including standard Pilates reformer workouts and my signature class, Exhale, which combines breathwork practices with a Pilates based workout.

TRANSFORM
